January 5th Through January 9th. Seventh grade health continues to work through chapter sixteen, the body systems. The class made the final preparations for the skeletal and muscular system quiz. Each student should have put information about the skeletal and muscular system that they feel will be on the quiz onto a given note card. On Monday, January 12th, the students will be allowed to use their note card as a resource on their quiz. Students are also encouraged to study their skeletal and muscular system outlines in their entirety in preparation for their quiz. The quiz will require students to provide ten short answers, match thirty-four terms to their definition and identify four statements as either; true or false.
Also, only six students have shared their Body Systems Prezi. The Body Systems Prezi is a major assessment and should be completed and shared as soon as possible. Any student that is having difficulty with their project should see me as soon as possible.
I would also like to thank Ms. Feinberg, The Student Assistance Counselor and Mr. Dennis Chambers for their presentation that provided information on Substance Abuse and Addiction on January 8th.
